Founded in 1988, Flight Academy Montenegro grew from the aviation tradition of Captain Instructor Dragan Ivančević and a family background deeply connected with flying.

FAM is built around direct instructor contact, personalised training and the development of pilot competence from the first lesson.
The academy’s mission is to contribute to Montenegrin aviation by training professionals who can become a strong foundation for the country’s aviation future. Students are trained to think, plan and operate like pilots from the beginning.

Flight Academy Montenegro is an approved training organisation under the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro. Pilot licences and ratings are issued by the competent aviation authority according to the applicable Montenegrin regulatory framework.
FAM maintains a strong safety and compliance culture and confirms exact course availability, prerequisites and regulatory requirements individually with each candidate before enrolment.
